Have your dealership or repair center call us. Text: To start the claim process, your dealership or repair facility should call us at (888) 888-8888. Claims can ONLY be filed by the facility repairing your vehicle. Your dealership or repair center must file the claims.
Your dealership or repair facility will submit an estimate Text: We will ask your dealership or repair center to send us an estimate showing what is wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be repaired or replaced. Contact@1reliance.us
We review the estimate Text: Our friendly, US-based adjusters review the estimate with the dealership or repair center and go over each part to confirm coverage.
We authorize the repair Text: Once the claim is approved, we authorize the repair and the repair work begins.
Once complete, we pay and you get back on the road! Text: It's that easy! Once all the work is complete, we pay the dealership or repair center directly, saving you the hassle. You are only responsible for your deductible (if you have one).
